While there wasn’t one particular style, bobs made a huge comeback in 2008, although they never really went away but were re-structured a bit to be refreshed.  Layering various lengths on one head of hair was very common in 2008 amongst celebrities and the ‘everyday’ person. Blunt cut bangs returned with longer hair at the side and back and it’s a style sure to be carried forth into 2009.
