Seventies style hairstyle with beautiful bangs

The flower-child of the 70's is back in a long, light dawn blonde, layered hair. The upper portion is cut in a cap, a solid curtain of shortened hair falling around the head, with a fringe reaching almost to the eyes. Layers begin at the jawline, and ends are flipped out. This creates the perception of waves, even if hair is not wavy to begin with. Flipped out layers go all the way down, framing the face in a vintage 70's manner.
