Claire Danes is the youngest of two children. She grew up in SoHo. At the age of 6 she started studying modern dance. In 1997 she was chosen by "People" magazine as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world. Claire auditioned and was the first choice for the role of Rose in Titanic (1997) but she declined. Always wearing her hair nicely and usually in an up-do she also dresses cute and attractively.
