‘Who is Andi Scarbrough’ were the words that rang through the office only two weeks ago but her name has since been commonly used after we saw her hairstyle works of art. Both Byu-ti Hair Salon in Santa Monica, California and Getadamnhaircut.com boast of some of Andi’s incredible hairstyles and HSD got its hands on some great looks sure to inspire you for 2010!

If this previous decade has kept you fashionably hiding behind closed doors for too long, step on out with ‘size’ from January. While you may not choose to go extra crazy with color or cuts this coming year, you can raise your hair a little higher, stretch it a little wider and give it the much desired life it’s been missing in earlier eras. Enough of the slicking hair back with gel, 2010 hairstyles are aesthetically voluminous and attention does not shy away from anyone who sports an Andi Scarbrough do; in fact, be ready to receive compliments like never before wearing ‘her touch’ on your crown.

This dark brown hairstyle is far from flat; delicious color with fabulous big curls and waves, it’s fit for day and evening with a simple switch of accessories or wardrobe. In one word, sexy! The curls are loose enough to fall delicately at her shoulders; a perfect look for any holiday or after holiday event.

Height, height, height! Many people may shy away from raising their hair this high, but if done correctly it creates a thicker head of hair effect. The hair combed back on the sides gives the illusion of a slight faux-hawk and an amazing choice for the woman who wants to switch between professional and bad-ass. Definitely one of my favorite Andi Scarbrough looks!

The ‘headband’ braid look is a timeless classic bringing us back to the days of the Grecian era; expose your face this year by pulling the front of your hair to each side. This style adds the right amount of funk to any look.

I love these curls! Chic yet classy, these gorgeous locks are not falling to the side as most hairstyles do; instead they pile up ‘effortlessly’ on the crown of her head lending volume, dimension and personality!
Long blond hair cascades down her shoulders while the bangs are straightened and secured on the top of her head; this style is great for any occasion and does not require accessories.

Andi Scarbrough-remember that name and seek her out when looking for creative hairstyle inspiration!
