 I’m a diehard beach baby; love the ocean for obvious reasons but especially for what it does to my hair.  Alright, let’s define splurge. To some, splurging is a 30 dollar lipstick, while to others, 10 dollar lipstick is overindulgence. In this day and age, it’s all relative and with so many competing products on the market, it’s hard to know whether to spend more or pinch pennies. Confused as one might be in knowing which ‘products’ to buy, begin by knowing which parts of your body to splurge or save on.
