An Even Better Goody

When I thought I had all the hair accessories I could possibly have from GOODY, they went and did it again!! Is it possible that with each stage, Goody gets better? I say undoubtedly yes as I’ve personally seen the products in the past several months go from great to greater. It’s a good thing hair accessories aren’t limited to children alone because Goody creates the sharpest, prettiest, most versatile hair accessories from any hair company I’ve ever seen. Not to mention their prices are fantastic and they are the most accessible accessories to be found! With most of them in the lower range, they can be bought between 3-8 dollars at all leading food, drug and mass market retailers. Out of all the hair accessories recently sampled, HSD has several favorites and I would honestly implore you to get your hands on a few of these. Let me start with my favorite:
Mini Claw Clips with stayput HOLD. If you’ve ever gotten your fingers snatched in the jaws of a claw clip, it doesn’t exactly tickle. Goody’s come out with a fantastic idea that allows the clip to keep its jaws wide open until you’re ready to close it with the push of a small button. It holds just as tightly, it looks just as pretty; the only thing changed is you get to keep 5 fingers.
Headbands are all the rage; they’re honestly the perfect accessory for keeping hair off the face and going from casual to fancy or fancy to casual.
With the hundreds of choices Goody came out with, you can find one to match every outfit in your closet. I usually leave my hair down and pull it back with a headband, but my recent craze is tying the back of my hair in a high bun and slapping a pretty band over the stray ends of my bangs- it was celebrity borrowed and I just looove this look!
If there is any collection you should have in your accessory drawer, this is the one. Modern with retro, metallic and graphic and global influences all mixed into one collection; add the perfect amount of funk to complete any look with these hair accessories. Risa Salon Clips from the ‘Le Chic collection” are so sweet when putting hair back. They are actually in my opinion, the chic-est of all Goody accessories. In khaki, blue or silvery white, these stripe patterns are definitely culturally inspired. Perhaps I’m partial to it because I happen to love anything that remotely looks different and from ‘faraway’ lands (faraway being anywhere beyond North America!). It would be amazing for them to build on this collection and pattern; just love it! All in all, with a few of my past expenditures on hair accessories that lasted right up until the moment I took them out after the first wear, I promised myself no more and opted to spend a few more dollars on longer lasting stylish accessories I can depend on. The great thing about Goody hair accessories, is that you hardly have to spend a few more dollars since they’re so reasonably priced to begin with.
