It's pretty simple, I think, I just have no idea about hair.
Hmm..from what I can see in the picture, her shoulder length hair has been separated into 4-5 mid sized sections, pulled back from both sides to meet in the middle and secured with a band or clip then continue on to the next until all are done. This is a cute hairstyle for sure.
